Message from Mrs. Carter: “In my short three years of residency in the Village of Plymouth, I’ve grown to love my small town and see it’s enormous potential. My hope is to use my background in municipal utility design and engineering to bring new ideas for maintenance improvements and cost cutting measures to the table. This stability is the foundation the village needs to support future economic development and growth, and I’m excited to be a part of what I believe can make an impact on the daily lives of our residents.” Councilman, Jeff BrownTerm of Office is 1/25/2022- 12/31/2025 Email: jwbtravelnsing@gmail.com

Message from Mrs. Moore: "I am a native of Plymouth – a graduate of Plymouth High School – and have lived here for all but about 15 years of my life. My late husband and I raised our children here; we operated the Plymouth Advertiser here for several years; and we both were actively involved in community affairs. A retired educator, having taught for 38 years, I currently serve as the Program Consultant for Leadership Huron County. As a member of the Plymouth Improvement Committee; a trustee of the Plymouth Area Museum; an active member of the Lutheran Church, and now as an elected member of the Plymouth Village Council, I continue to be committed to my hometown. I envision a Plymouth that has an attractive and historic Square filled with legitimate small businesses, including a restaurant or coffee shop. I envision a community whose houses are occupied by families who own them and take pride in them. I envision a village where families and visitors are eager to enjoy our beautiful park; our community swimming pool; our ball fields and other public areas. I envision a thriving small town with a friendly business atmosphere, well-maintained streets with pretty homes; a solid infrastructure – in other words, the Plymouth I grew up in. I know it’s possible. It will take time, but I truly believe that with a solid strategic plan, wise use of resources and firm commitment to these goals, Plymouth can thrive once again."
Councilwoman, Amanda ClarkTerm of Office is 8/21/2023- 12/31/2025 Email: amandaleigh.1986@gmail.com
Mrs. Clark is currently serving on the following committees: * Finance (Chair) * Economic Development * Public Service
Message from Mrs. Clark: "I was raised in Plymouth and graduated from Plymouth High School. Now, I am raising my children in Plymouth. I count it an honor to be able to serve Plymouth in this capacity. I love the local community. We rally together and we hurt together when tragedy strikes. Being in a small village is truly a gift where we can have the privilege to build strong relationships.
I was trained to serve others and if there is a problem, think creatively to solve it, make an action plan, and follow it through. With my background in education, it allows me to remain teachable and strive to communicate well with others. With my background in business, I want to understand the spending, allocations in budgets, and keep an eye out for grants and opportunities that may bless our community.
I want the work I do today on council to not only make an impact now but a lasting impact for our grandchildren and great-grandchildren."
