Message from Mrs. Carter:
“In my short three years of residency in the Village of Plymouth, I’ve grown to love my small town and see it’s enormous potential. My hope is to use my background in municipal utility design and engineering to bring new ideas for maintenance improvements and cost cutting measures to the table. This stability is the foundation the village needs to support future economic development and growth, and I’m excited to be a part of what I believe can make an impact on the daily lives of our residents.”
