Message from Mrs. Clark:

"I was raised in Plymouth and graduated from Plymouth High School. Now, I am raising my children in Plymouth. I count it an honor to be able to serve Plymouth in this capacity. I love the local community. We rally together and we hurt together when tragedy strikes. Being in a small village is truly a gift where we can have the privilege to build strong relationships.

I was trained to serve others and if there is a problem, think creatively to solve it, make an action plan, and follow it through. With my background in education, it allows me to remain teachable and strive to communicate well with others. With my background in business, I want to understand the spending, allocations in budgets, and keep an eye out for grants and opportunities that may bless our community.

I want the work I do today on council to not only make an impact now but a lasting impact for our grandchildren and great-grandchildren."
