The purpose of the Plymouth Mayor's Court is to provide the community with a local judicial forum to rule on misdemeanor cases that are alleged to be in violation of the Ordinances of the Village of Plymouth. The Mayor's Court also provides a Violation Bureau to collect payments for violations that do not require a court appearance.
The Clerk of Courts for the Plymouth Mayor's Court is Rebekah Fearing. She oversees the administration and daily operations of the Court. Cases brought before the Court are heard by the Mayor, Cassaundra Fryman.
